GarageTek was incorporated in 2000 and sold our first franchise in 2001. We quickly became the first national company to offer custom designed and installed garage organization and storage solutions. Today, GarageTek also offers our services internationally with operators in Europe, Africa and Asia.

We are proud that the majority of our product offerings are proprietary. They are designed in-house and are manufactured to a consistent set of quality standards that have been developed over the life of the company to function well in a garage environment. Our proprietory products are not offered by any other company or at any other on-line store.

As our customer base has increased over the years to the tens of thousands, we have been getting an increasing number of requests from previous customers and those interested in purchasing products for the first time and were outside of an area being serviced by a local GarageTek franchise.

These have been both previous GarageTek customers that have moved to another area of the country and new potential customers that had learned about us through a web search engine, blogs, forums or other social networks.

In early 2011, we decided to make selected items from our product line available through this on_line store. Items will be added throughout the year.
